Athletes not involved in other sports at this time of year or even those who believe they can dedicate an extra day or two to conditioning while competing in other sports may want to consider if our Track Club can help them become better athletes.
Following the fall conditioning program many of the athletes prefer to compete in a few indoor meets during the months of January-March. This would precede any competitions their High School or Middle School Teams may enter in the Spring.
Outdoor track or Competitive Summer Track is an option for those athletes looking to continue the sport on into the summer months. There are several options for National level meets during the summer months for those who might want to test their skills against the best the U.S. has to offer. Some othere athletes may choose to use this season to refine and sharpen skills.
